Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• IT infrastructure server performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with server monitoring tools such as Splunk, VMware, and ITRS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze server performance metrics including CPU, memory, storage and network utilization.
• Conduct capacity forecasting to anticipate future resource demands based on business growth and trends.
• Provide recommendations for server provisioning to optimize performance and costs.
• Investigate server performance issues and provide data-driven insights to resolve.
• Work with infrastructure engineers to optimize server configuration.
• Communicate capacity plans to application stakeholders.
