Job summary

Charles Schwab in Southlake, TX is hiring an Infrastructure Capacity Analyst to monitor, forecast, and optimize capacity across our infrastructure. You will analyze server performance (CPU, memory, storage, network), forecast demand, and make data-driven recommendations for stable, cost-efficient capacity provisioning.

Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, conducting capacity forecasting, collaborating with infrastructure engineers, and communicating capacity insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• IT infrastructure server performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with server monitoring tools such as Splunk, VMware, and ITRS.

The Infrastructure Capacity Analyst will monitor, analyze and optimize capacity on Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will assess Capacity, forecast future demand, and provide capacity recommendations for stability and cost efficiency.

What you have

Required qualifications:
