Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Planning Analyst in Southlake, TX to drive capacity planning across Technology Services. You will analyze infrastructure requests, identify trends, and help turn data into actionable recommendations that shape how resources are allocated and governed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience, preferably within financial services or the technology industry.
• Data Analysis skills with the ability to evaluate infrastructure capacity, utilization, demand, compliance, and operational information.
• Communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration skills demonstrated through partnerships with capacity engineers, infrastructure teams, technology owners, and business stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail when reviewing infrastructure requests for completeness, accuracy, business justification, approvals, dependencies, and alignment with established standards.
