Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Capacity Analyst in Texas to monitor, forecast, and optimize server capacity for stable, cost-efficient performance. You will analyze CPU, memory, storage and network metrics to drive data-driven provisioning decisions.

The role requires experience with Linux and Windows Server environments, plus familiarity with Splunk, VMware, and ITRS. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for cross-team collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• IT Infrastructure server performance analysis, and capacity planning.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Server monitoring tools (Splunk, VMware, ITRS)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze server performance metrics including CPU, memory, Storage and network utilization
• Conduct capacity forecasting to anticipate future resource demands based on business growth and trends
• Provide recommendations for server provisioning to optimize performance and costs.
• Investigate server performance issues and provide data-driven insights to resolve
• Work with infrastructure engineers to optimize server configuration
• Communicate Capacity for application stakeholders
