• Translate business requirements into technical definitions and deployment playbooks per standards.
• Evaluate third-party products on-site for firm adoption.
• Ensure reference models and playbooks fit purpose.
• Develop software solutions to automate manual processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise design standards.
• Define functional and nonfunctional evaluation requirements.
• Act as a technology consultant with SME authority.
• Promote inclusive and healthy work environment and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• The individual in this role is responsible for tool and service designs within a technical domain that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies.
• They are the primary contributor to the creation of infrastructure tools and their integration as an infrastructure service.
• The role facilitates deployment of technical solution by developing templates, playbooks and automation used during implementation.
• They consistently look for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency when implementing and maintaining infrastructure tools and/or services.
