Job summary

Based in Laguna Niguel, Sacramento, or New York City (in-person), you will lead asset‑management projects across maintenance, renewal, and long‑term planning, mentoring analysts and coordinating with project managers. You will analyze asset condition, deterioration curves, lifecycle costs, and funding strategies, preparing reports and visuals for senior management and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in transportation, railway, infrastructure, or asset-management consulting.
• Understanding of transit operators, infrastructure agencies, and rail asset classes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior management or stakeholders.
• MS Office proficiency for analyses, modeling, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support asset-management planning across maintenance to long-term renewal projects.
• Transform goals into actionable asset-management concepts and strategies.
• Lead workshops and develop client communications and reports.
• Mentor analysts and coordinate with project managers to deliver results.
• Conduct quantitative analyses on asset condition, deterioration curves, and lifecycle costs.
• Create visuals and reports explaining long-term planning outcomes to executives.
• Identify opportunities for future engagements within asset-management and infrastructure.
