Job summary

DB E.C.O North America is seeking a senior consultant to lead rail infrastructure maintenance and asset management engagements. The role focuses on developing maintenance concepts, optimizing lifecycle planning, and advising clients on long-term capital strategies.

The position requires 10+ years in rail infra, strong analytical and communication skills, and a capability to present to senior stakeholders. Hybrid work options available in Laguna Niguel or Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, transportation, asset management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in rail infrastructure maintenance or asset management.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle costing, investment planning, and long-term capital planning.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support consulting engagements in rail infrastructure maintenance and asset management.
• Advise clients on development of maintenance strategies and asset management plans.
• Develop maintenance concepts including preventive, predictive and condition-based approaches.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate findings for executives.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and proposals.
