Job summary

DB E.C.O North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Management Consultant to support transportation infrastructure and asset planning projects across the U.S. and Canada.

This role focuses on translating client goals into actionable asset-management strategies, guiding lifecycle cost analyses, and delivering impactful client deliverables. You will collaborate with project managers, lead workshops, and mentor junior staff while working in-person in Laguna Niguel, Sacramento, or New York

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Transport, Urban Development, Engineering, or Business).
• Master’s degree preferred for higher responsibility roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across asset‑management planning horizons from maintenance to long‑term strategic planning.
• Translate client goals into actionable asset‑management concepts and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead workshops and deliver effective presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentor Analysts and guide cross‑functional teams on asset‑management projects.
• Perform quantitative analyses on asset condition, deterioration, lifecycle costs, and renewal planning.
