Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, facility operations, project management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, forecasting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (a plus, but not required).
• IAM Certification (a plus, but not required).
• Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus, but not required).
• Knowledge of facility operations, lifecycle management, capital planning, GIS mapping, or hydraulic modeling (a plus, but not required).
