Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth environment, focused on supply chain or infrastructure.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• GAAP knowledge including ASC 360 (property, plant, and equipment).
• Experience communicating complex accounting positions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience implementing systems to support fast-growing business from an accounting perspective.
• Experience designing or optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for strategic supply chain initiatives and scale new accounting programs.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and provide accounting guidance.
• Act as trusted advisor to non-finance partners on financial impacts of operations.
• Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing agreements.
• Prepare accounting memos and share conclusions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage key SOX controls and support audits with business partners and external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI tooling, for financial reporting.
