Job summary

You will monitor regional health, analyze inventory, and partner with logistics to maintain stock and drive improvements. Responsibilities include managing delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and spares readiness for new sites, while communicating insights to leadership to guide investments and prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 4+ years procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and coaching junior staff.
• Experience measuring key operational metrics (e.g., order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time and complete shipment, inventory record defect rate).

Responsibilities

• Keep the region healthy by monitoring hardware availability and root-causing issues.
• Balance inventory positions and drive rebalancing across sites.
• Own delivery performance and improve delivery windows with partners.
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts across warehouses and data centers.
• Bring new sites online with spares readiness before first server goes live.
• Drive improvement projects to make planning faster and smarter.
• Translate complex supply chain data into actionable leadership recommendations.
