Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for InfraOps Planning & Sourcing to own region-wide stock, balance networks, and ensure timely part delivery for AWS data centers.

The role requires 4+ years in procurement or supply chain, plus strong data-analysis skills with Excel/SQL/Tableau. You’ll drive improvements, mentor staff, and partner with logistics and engineering to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and coaching junior staff.
• Experience measuring key operational metrics (e.g., order cycle time, ship estimate accuracy, on-time and complete shipment, inventory record defect rate).

Responsabilités

• Monitor hardware availability across the Americas, identify root causes, and build action plans.
• Balance inventory positions and demand trends across sites, driving rebalancing.
• Own delivery performance, investigate exceptions, and improve delivery windows and carrier compliance.
• Manage inventory accuracy, monitor storage locations, cycle counts, and material flows.
• Bring new sites online with spares readiness before first server goes live.
• Lead improvement projects to make planning processes smarter and faster.
• Translate complex supply chain data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
