Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the infrastructure build for a new facility in Richmond, VA. This onsite role requires coordinating Network, Data Center, Physical Security, Audio/Visual, and End User Computing efforts to deliver the facility's services.

The PM will finalize and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and risk/issue/action/decision logs, ensuring all tasks for each area are clearly defined to meet scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure build projects.
• Ability to maintain detailed schedules and logs (RACI, risk, issue, action, decision).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure and operations services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure build for a new facility.
• Manage ET areas (Network, Data Center, Physical Security, Audio/Visual, End User Computing).
• Finalize and maintain a detailed project schedule and log for risk, issue, actions, and decisions.
• Ensure detailed task views for each area to deliver its scope and services.
