Job summary

Martell Services Group is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager (Levels I–III) in Indiana. You will lead projects from start-up to close-out, coordinating with field staff, inspectors, and general contractors to ensure scope adherence and customer satisfaction.

You will develop execution plans, manage schedules and staffing, track costs, and liaise with stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Associate Degree or trade school certification; 5+ years of construction project management.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans and staffing/scheduling for projects.
• Coordinate adherence to contract documents, permits, and estimates.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance; report variances.
