• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility infrastructure planning, studies and design projects from conception to completion.
• Mentor and supervise project staff; coordinate with Team Leaders and Group Leader.
• Lead client coordination, regulatory communications, and subconsultant management.
• Prepare scopes, proposals, and contracts; establish project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, utility companies, land acquisition professionals, and internal teams.
• Occasional site visits and field observations; ensure quality and compliance.
