Solutionz, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Integrated Critical Infrastructure (ICI) to lead complex field projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

The role requires coordinating customers, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met with high quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee project budgeting, staffing, site surveys, and change orders, while ensuring documentation and invoicing processes align with company

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in audiovisual, technology integration, low-voltage, construction, or related industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coordinating customers, technicians, engineers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of PM principles including scheduling, resource planning, risk management and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects ensuring they meet Solutionz standards and scope.
• Forecast revenue recognition for the project lifecycle.
• Schedule and lead internal kickoff meetings.
• Engage customers to set expectations for deliverables.
• Monitor progress and provide corrective actions as needed.
• Manage staff and subcontractor performance throughout the project.
