Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructure or backend
• Experience building internal platforms adopted by teams across security, IT, and business
• Strong system design and observable production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM operations: model gateways or routing, agent runtimes, evals, or cost/usage instrumentation
• Experience with identity and access management in an enterprise environment (e.g., Okta, SSO)

Responsibilities

• Design and build hosting path for internal AI apps, bots, and agents and runtimes
• Implement model routing across cost and capability with audit trail
• Stand up observability, usage analytics, audit logging, and cost attribution
• Integrate identity, access and security patterns (Okta by default)
• Collaborate with product infrastructure teams to share gateways and telemetry
• Help shape platform strategy and roadmap as a founding member of the infrastructure pillar
