Responsibilities

• Apply ASC 842 expertise to complex infrastructure arrangements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance during contracts to understand accounting implications.
• Explain financial statement impacts to non-finance stakeholders clearly.
• Improve upstream data pipelines from operations and contract systems.
• Design scalable processes, controls, and systems for a growing lease portfolio.
• Mentor accounting professionals across the team.
• Serve as main liaison with external auditors on lease accounting matters.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI tooling.
