Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Lease Accounting to join our Infrastructure Accounting team. You will own end-to-end accounting for the lease portfolio underpinning our growth, ensuring accurate financial reporting and scalable controls.

You will partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance, drive process improvements, and mentor staff while supporting auditors on lease accounting matters. 10+ years in accounting with tech exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with infrastructure or tech focus.
• Experience with ASC 842 and lease portfolio management.
• Strong communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring accounting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting for infrastructure lease portfolio, including monthly close.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance during contract negotiations.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and cost transparency.
• Lead process improvements and automation, including AI tooling.
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors on lease accounting matters.
• Mentor accounting professionals across the team.
