Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering to provide strategic direction, mentor engineers, and lead multiple technical teams in delivering resilient, scalable infrastructure.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, ensure compliance, manage stakeholders, and partner with security and risk teams to align delivery with enterprise standards while shaping the team's growth.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation and resilience.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure Cloud platforms and Python or other scripting tools.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps deployment practices; experience with reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technical teams, guiding tasks, expectations and collaboration.
• Drives reuse-first adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation and data sensitivity handling.
• Anticipates dependencies and mitigates issues for leadership.
• Manages stakeholders and ensures delivery aligned with compliance, risk, security, SLAs, and business needs.
• Applies technical leadership to projects of moderate to large scope and contributes to staffing/budget decisions.
• Establishes standards for AI-assisted workflows, ensuring traceability and auditability.
