Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations before implementation and ensure resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope, focusing on data and systems at scale.
• Use AI-powered capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation.
• Make significant decisions for multi-technology projects and drive site reliability initiatives.
• Champion AI-assisted automation for operational workflows with proper controls.
• Lead reliability improvements with data-driven analytics and clear service levels.
• Define SLIs/SLOs with stakeholders and monitor platform health.
• Diagnose issues, modernize processes, and ensure end-to-end monitoring.
• Collect telemetry, design dashboards, and ensure security and performance.
