Job summary

JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to join the Enterprise Technology - Infrastructure Platforms team. You will apply your knowledge of hardware, software, and automation to support scalable data and systems and ensure end-to-end monitoring.

You will work with AI-assisted monitoring, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, and make key technical decisions across multiple technologies while upholding resiliency and security standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years of applied infrastructure experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted monitoring and data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge to projects of moderate scope and monitors end-to-end systems.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to speed monitoring and capacity analysis.
• Resolves issues and determines escalation paths.
• Executes conventional approaches to troubleshoot problems.
• Supports daily capacity process activities.
• Collaborates to identify capacity risks and remediation statuses.
• Considers upstream/downstream data implications.
• Makes significant decisions for multi-technology projects.

• Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted remediation workflows.
