Job summary

HRB is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support a hybrid environment with emphasis on Windows/Azure, identity management, and networking. You will diagnose complex incidents and implement Azure services while maintaining critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities include DNS/AD/Windows Server maintenance, securing access via Entra ID, and assisting with hybrid cloud migrations between on-premises data centers and Azure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server, Entra ID/Azure AD, DNS, and Azure services experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals and identity authentication knowledge.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong end-to-end troubleshooting and analytical skills to manage and support our hybrid infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have holistic expertise across Microsoft on-premises stack, Azure cloud, identity management, and networking systems to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end diagnosis and resolution of complex infrastructure issues spanning servers, cloud platforms, network, and identity systems.

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure stack components both on-premises and within Azure cloud.

Administer Azure Platform services and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) authentication and access controls.

Maintain core IT infrastructure services including DNS, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.

Monitor and troubleshoot networking components including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and general connectivity.

Support hybrid cloud operations and assist with workload migrations between on-premises data centers and Azure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Microsoft Stack & Azure: Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, and Azure Platform services.

Networking & Security: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) and identity authentication.

Problem-Solving: Proven track record of independently diagnosing and troubleshooting complex cross-domain infrastructure incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with VMware virtualization environments.

Hands-on experience with Rubrik backup and recovery solutions.

Prior experience executing hybrid cloud migrations (On-Premises to Azure).
