Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a cost/construction-focused field.
• 2+ years of minimum cost management experience.
• Hyper-scale data centers experience is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of the construction process and management techniques.
• CostX proficiency to produce estimates and bills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Project/Outlook.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify risks and maintain the Risk Register.
• Contribute to pre-contract meetings with cost insights.
• Create and manage cost control reports.
• Attend client meetings and document key points and actions.
• Participate in design meetings and assess cost implications.
• Develop standardized project templates for documentation.
• Prepare/change order logs, invoice logs, and cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for appraisals.
• Work remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office.
• Engage in in-person collaboration and stakeholder relationships.
