Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Infotainment Triage Engineer to investigate and coordinate software/hardware issues affecting vehicle infotainment systems. You’ll work across QNX, Android Automotive, CAN, Ethernet, and cloud services to rapidly identify root causes and drive resolution.

You will analyze logs, reproduce issues in bench and vehicle environments, and collaborate with software, validation, and supplier teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences across ALTEN infotainment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, CS, or related field.
3+ years in automotive embedded systems or infotainment.
Experience with QA processes and issue tracking.

Responsibilities

Analyze and prioritize infotainment-related issues reported by validation teams, suppliers, and customers.
Perform initial root cause investigations and determine ownership of defects.
Review logs, traces, system dumps, and diagnostic information.
Reproduce issues in bench and vehicle environments.
Support defect tracking and escalation processes.
Manage critical issue prioritization during vehicle development and launch phases.
