Job summary
ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Infotainment Triage Engineer to lead initial analysis of software and hardware issues affecting vehicle infotainment systems. You will work across QNX, Android Automotive, connectivity, and cloud services to rapidly identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, infotainment, connectivity, or software integration.
- Experience with automotive development processes and issue tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize infotainment-related issues reported by validation teams, integration teams, suppliers, manufacturing, dealerships, and customers.
- Perform initial root cause investigations and determine ownership of defects.
- Review logs, traces, system dumps, and diagnostic information.
- Reproduce issues in bench and vehicle environments.
- Support defect tracking and escalation processes.
- Manage critical issue prioritization during vehicle development and launch phases.
