We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team! You will receive and resolve IT-related issues for clients. Applicants must have a dedicated space to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving service desk tickets
• Communicating with clients (via phone, email, chat, and corporate SMS)
• Maintaining service levels on assigned tickets
• Occasional on-site client visits
• Strong focus on Microsoft 365 with Intune
• Creating and updating company standard operating procedures for common tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Career-oriented self-starter
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of computer and server hardware is helpful
• ITIL Certification helpful but not required
• Certifications such as A+, Net+, Security+, etc. helpful but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Understanding of basic principles of IT networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 with Intune
• Technical with knowledge of Microsoft products including: Microsoft Windows both desktop and server, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft 365, and basic Microsoft Active Directory knowledge (add and remove users and basic knowledge of Group Policy Object (GPO))
