Job summary
eJAmerica in Whitestown, IN is seeking an L1/L2 support specialist to handle Zebra printer and handheld PDA-related issues. The role covers on-site and remote support, with phone-based assistance as needed and rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
The candidate will be the first point of contact for hardware and software problems, work with printers, PDAs, smartphones, and general end-user devices, and contribute to documentation and knowledge bases for faster issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 1st/2nd level support for hardware and software, including printer support (on site/remote/by phone).
- Experience with Zebra Thermal Label printers.
- Experience with Handheld PDA devices.
Responsibilities
- Provide installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software and operating systems.
- Support planned activities such as network configuration, updates and rollouts.
- Assist users with installation and configuration of smartphones.
- Maintain system documentation, FAQs and Knowledge Base.
- Register service requests and document inquiries and faults in a ticket system.

- As 1st and 2nd level support, first point of contact for user problems with hardware and software, including printer support (on site/remote/by phone).
- Zebra Thermal Label printer experience, Handheld PDA device support experience is needed.
