Job summary

SEBTS is seeking a part-time Support Technician to work in the Information Technology office on campus in Wake Forest, NC. This role is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students.

Responsibilities include moving hardware, installing software, troubleshooting, and providing basic end-user support. Qualified applicants will have solid communication skills, a strong grasp of desktop computers and Microsoft applications, and a college degree in CS/IS or a related

Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of desktop computers and operating systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft based applications.
• Experience with data wiring and connectivity (preferred).
• Experience with telephone systems (preferred).
• Undergraduate College Degree.
• College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program.
