Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Support users across Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and repair laptops, desktops, and associated hardware.
• Set up workstations for office-based and remote employees.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, device provisioning and access management.
• Maintain meeting room technology, conferencing tools, and AV equipment.
• Manage hardware inventories and ensure devices are available when required.
• Install, update, and maintain software and hardware across the business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party technology partners to deliver excellent support.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

The Role:

As an Associate IT Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line support to employees, ensuring users have the tools, systems and technology they need to work effectively. You'll support a range of technologies including Microsoft 365 applications, workplace collaboration tools, hardware, and internal business systems, while contributing to a positive user experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
