What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out. The successful candidate should enjoy helping people, be able to troubleshoot problems from start to finish, and be comfortable jumping between software, hardware, user support, website maintenance, and physical technology setup.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person employees can turn to when "the computer isn't working," an application isn't behaving correctly, a new employee needs everything set up, a website needs to be updated, or an office needs technology installed and ready to go.
