Job summary

Insight Global in Kansas City is seeking a desktop support associate to provide hands-on enterprise desktop support and problem-solving for a variety of hardware and peripherals.

The role requires basic Windows/AD knowledge, basic Excel, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates should be comfortable with drug testing and vaccine requirements as part of standard onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on enterprise desktop support.
• Troubleshooting monitors, desktops, printers, devices, and wire management.
• Experience imaging and domaining hardware.
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems and Active Directory.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with a drug test and vaccinations.

• Up to date or willing to get up to date on standard vaccinations (flu, tetanus, etc)
