London Approach is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise software implementations in production environments from Blue Bell, PA. You will install, configure, and upgrade Linux-based infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with engineering and professional services to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or SRE.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and modern cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support customer implementations of enterprise software across production environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Linux-based infrastructure and application environments.
• Troubleshoot Linux, infrastructure, and application-related issues to ensure high system availability.
• Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of customer production environments.
• Participate in infrastructure automation and deployment initiatives using modern DevOps practices.
• Partner with Engineering and Professional Services to deliver successful customer implementations.
• Resolve customer technical issues through effective troubleshooting and ticket management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and implementation best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance platform reliability and scalability.
