Job summary

Summit Staffing Partners is seeking an IT Support Consultant to work closely with the IT Manager and deliver hands-on technical support across the organization, including senior leadership.

The role involves day-to-day support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as onboarding/offboarding and workstation deployments. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Experience within financial services or professional services environments is a plus.
