Information Technology Specialist– MDM and System Processes (Oracle)

This role involves defining, implementing, and supporting enterprise data management strategies, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align MDM initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute enterprise-wide data management strategies.
• Lead the implementation and support of MDM processes and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain MDM solutions for master data domains.
• Establish and oversee data governance frameworks and policies.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration.
• Develop tools to monitor data quality and KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements and enhance MDM and Oracle solutions, especially in Supply Chain Management.
• Support deployment and provide best practices guidance.

Qualifications:

For US Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in data management or related experience.
• 3+ years with MDM tools like Oracle MDM, Boomi, Informatica, Talend.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS, especially in Supply Chain, Financial Management, and Project Accounting modules.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.

For All Other Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Significant experience in data management and with MDM platforms.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS modules.

Desired Skills:

• SQL and PL/SQL expertise.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging data technologies.
• Certifications like APICS or Six Sigma are a plus.
