Job description

Your Impact

As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across Iconex’s supply chain. Your leadership will ensure we maintain optimal inventory, secure high-performing suppliers, and align planning with strategic business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading purchasing and planning strategies to support business performance
  • Optimizing inventory, improving procurement processes, and ensuring supply continuity
  • Managing a high-performing supply chain team with a focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating across departments to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives
  • Leveraging ERP/MRP systems to enhance forecasting, scheduling, and KPI tracking
  • Driving EBITDA by aligning production plans with machine and location capabilities

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong focus on purchasing and planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering; MBA or APICS/CPIM preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to Iconex facilities
