Job summary

Our Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD), Enterprise Desktop Support Section is currently seeking an Enterprise Voice Systems Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for our Voice Services environment. This position will help ensure the reliability, configuration, and ongoing support of voice systems across the CalPERS enterprise, including Microsoft Teams telephony, mobile services, and related voice technologies. In this role, you will play an important part in troubleshooting issues and helping deliver dependable communication services that advance the CalPERS mission.

Telework Information: Act quickly to apply for this hybrid position, where you’ll enjoy at least 60% (three days) remote work, each week!
