Responsibilities include:

1. “Break Fix” support: diagnosing and repairing hardware/software onsite by replacing faulty components or configuring replacement equipment.
2. Coordinating with OEM vendors for hardware issues or new hardware requirements.
3. “IMAC” support: Install, Move, Add, Change of IT equipment, including configuration, installation, moving, upgrading, and de-installation.
4. Providing desk-side support: physical assistance at end-user desks for IT issues.
5. Incident management for endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobiles), including hardware issues with monitors and printers.
6. Supporting video conferencing equipment and rooms, coordinating with resolver teams/OEMs.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues on all endpoints, including hardware and software.
8. Deploying and configuring new hire equipment manually or with automated tools.
9. Managing deployment and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac workstations using tools like Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF.
10. Hardware and software provisioning (check-in/check-out).
11. Coordinating with other IT teams to meet SLAs and deliver quality service.
12. Explaining technical solutions to non-technical users clearly.
13. Occasional physical movement of IT equipment within sites, involving minimal effort.
14. Reimaging and uplifting leaver equipment, updating asset management systems/CMDBs according to processes.
