Our proprietary platform creates personalized, automated direct mail campaigns that are cost-effective and easy to manage. We help online brands reach and retain more customers amidst declining email engagement, iOS privacy changes, and rising CPCs. With data-backed growth (3X YoY), over 100 employees, and recent Series A funding from Summit Partners and Klaviyo founders, we are profitable and expanding rapidly.

The Role

As our IT Specialist, you will manage, maintain, and improve our technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

1. Technical Support: Resolve technical issues for employees, troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
2. System Maintenance & Support: Ensure optimal performance and security of hardware, software, and networks.
3. Software Management: Install, update, and manage software applications.
4. Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
5. SOC 2 Type II & Data Privacy Compliance: Support initiatives related to SOC 2 Type II, including risk assessments and audits.
6. Compliance & Infosec Analysis: Ensure adherence to data privacy frameworks and conduct security assessments.
7. Equipment Provisioning & MDM Program Management: Oversee IT equipment lifecycle and manage the Mobile Device Management program.
8. Documentation: Maintain records of system configurations, issues, and resolutions.

This is a full-time remote position with 25% travel required.

About You

You are proactive with strong troubleshooting skills, capable of keeping systems running smoothly and securely across departments.

You are familiar with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

You hold CompTIA Cloud+, CSSP, CISM, or related certifications.
