I’m working exclusively on an exciting opportunity with a recently acquired business looking for an IT Site Manager / IT Support Lead to become the go-to person for their Columbus office.

This is a hands‑on, people-focused IT role - ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience who enjoys being the person users come to when they need something fixed.

Working alongside a wider infrastructure/security team based in Boston

Opportunity to get involved in projects and potentially build a small team over time

Occasional travel to satellite offices across the US, fully reimbursed

They’re looking for someone independent, reliable, personable and technically confident - someone who can deal with a frustrated user just as comfortably as they can troubleshoot a technical issue.

On‑site initially, with potential flexibility once settled

Salary dependent on experience - $80K–$105K
