• Working alongside a wider infrastructure/security team based in Boston
• Opportunity to get involved in projects and potentially build a small team over time
• Occasional travel to satellite offices across the US, fully reimbursed

They’re looking for someone independent, reliable, personable and technically confident - someone who can deal with a frustrated user just as comfortably as they can troubleshoot a technical issue.
