IDR is seeking a 100% Remote Project Coordinator to support a high-volume, multi-site network refresh project. This resource will handle scheduling, logistics, client communications, and coordination tasks. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Coordinator:

• Coordinate logistics, installations, and scheduling across nationwide sites
• Communicate directly with client sites (veterinary hospitals) to gather details and support project updates
• Track progress and documentation using tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Excel, Autotask, and Ninja
• Support PMO Lead and jump into calls as needed to troubleshoot or assist with escalations
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across multiple project tools

Must Have Requirements for the Technical Product Owner:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage moving parts independently
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager (multi-site preferred)
• General understanding of IT infrastructure (switches, servers, networking basics)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills (white glove support while holding stakeholders accountable)
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment
• Familiarity with project tracking and service delivery platforms
• Strong documentation habits and self-sufficiency
• High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor
• Adaptability and proactive problem-solving ability
