firstPRO is now accepting resumes for an IT Office Manager role in Arlington, VA. This is a 12+ month contract and requires onsite presence every day.

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the operations of our newly opened 2,700 sq ft Arlington office. Responsibilities include supporting all functions at the site such as purchasing, asset management, IT/network liaison, mail management, conference room coordination, travel, catering, security, and maintenance.

The role involves working with senior management to ensure compliance with company and government regulations, maintaining communication with other sites, and establishing common procedures and documentation. The Office Manager will operate with local autonomy, aiming to ensure 100% uptime of office facilities, equipment, and networks, even during outages at other sites. If you are passionate about creating a positive experience for visitors and staff, this is the role for you.
