Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Oracle R2R/Cost Accounting Manager with extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 and cost accounting to lead our Record-to-Report and cost processes in a hybrid role.

Candidates will design and optimize finance configurations, lead integration efforts (OIC), build reports with SQL/OTBI/BI Publisher, ensure GMP/compliance, and support month-end close. Salary range $109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD with in-office Tue/Wed/Thu and flexible Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12 financial modules and Costing.
• Strong integration and data migration skills with OIC and 3rd party tools.
• Experience with AR, AP, GL, Intercompany and project accounting in Life Sciences.

Responsabilités

• Participate in all phases of Oracle implementations from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle core Finance modules including Cost Accounting.
• Lead design, development, testing, training, and cutover plans for R12 EBS rollouts.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.

Information Technology Manager, R2R/Cost Accounting

Oracle Record-to-Report/Cost Accounting Managerwith10+years of experience specializing in OracleEBSFinance R12 (& above)and Cost accounting. Strongexpertisein implementation, rollouts, and enhancements for large-scaleMedical Devicecompany, ensuring compliance with industryvalidation procedures &regulations. Possesses a strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Intercompany, SLA, Cash Management, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting Modules and technical aspects of Oracle systems, including PL/SQL, SQL, and integration technologies.Adept at leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system customization, and testing, ensuring successful project delivery and post-implementation support.

Key Skills and Experience :

Oracle R2R Modules:

Deep understanding ofE-BusinessR2R Modules (e.g., AR, AP, GL, Intercompany, SLA, Cash Management, FA, AGIS, Project Accounting) and Oracle Cost Accounting module.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database administration.Experience with integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), 3rd party integrations & data migration processes.

Functional Expertise:

Strong functional understanding of Subledgers feeding into General ledger, Intercompany, & core finance modules along with depth knowledge of Cost updates, rolling up costs for discrete/shop floor manufacturing are preferred.Experience inconfiguring core finance modules, Cost groups, AGIS, Project Accounting is a must. Proficient in requirementsgathering, functional design, and gap analysis & design RCIE objects. Good Working knowledge of EBS modules interlocked with R2R, like order management, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory is needed.

SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI &PowerBIReports

Build SQL queries to triage data, create Data extraction SQL scripts, build reporting automation queries, and help build KPI dashboards for Finance data.

Testing & Validation

Functional testing, UAT support, and Change Control process for compliance and accuracy.

Compliance & Validation

Experience ensuringGxP, FDA, and other regulatory complianceinLife Sciences supply chain implementations.

Experience Highlights :

• Provide support for all functionality and enhancements in the Oracle EBS R12.2 Financial modules including Cost Accounting but not limited to custom code changes, Oracle Patches and configuration changes for the following modules:


• Accounts Payables


• Accounts Receivables


• General Ledger


• Cost Management


• Intercompany


• SLA


• Cash Management


• Fixed Assets


• Collections


• Inventory


• Order Management


• Project Costing


• AGIS


• Worked on rolling out system configurations and enhancements & support Accounting/FPNA Business area including integrations with various 3rd parties. Preferably designed & build 3rd party integrations like Lockbox/Payments, Credit Cards, & Bank statements.


• Collaborate with other cross functional and development teams during the design, development, and deployment phases of the organization’s Oracle R12 E-Business Suite implementation. Lead the design and development cycles and execution of the roll out strategies, cut-over plans, end-user training and support, and end-user documentation.


• Developed custom reports and Dashboards using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.


• Provided training and change management support for business users, ensuring adoption .

Responsibilities :

• Participate in all phases of Oracle implementations, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.


• Design, configure, and customize Oracle core Finance modules & Support cost updates/cost rollups.


• Design and create functional specifications andwork with technical team to create new/maintaincustomizations & provide support.


• Prepare, review and approve test plans and coordinate functional user testing.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core Finance modules including Cost Accounting.


• Provide expertise and support month-end/year end closing procedures. Support WIP to GL reconciliations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyand resolve issues.


• Stayup to datewith the latest Oracle EBS 12.2 technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• Extensive experience working with OracleEBS 12.2 core finance, Intercompany and Costing modules, including implementation, configuration, customization& analytics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyengage withclients at all levels.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• MBA or CPA certification is preferred.

This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be based out of Princeton, NJ. The hybrid schedule requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary Pay Range:

$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary
