Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Finance professional to lead budgeting and forecasting for corporate functions in a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ with remote options. You will drive data-driven insights to shape financial strategy and collaborate with functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred), 3–5 years FP&A experience, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to communicate across levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills—must be comfortable working across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with multidimensional databases such as Oracle, OneStream, Power BI is a plus.

• Support ad-hoc financial projects to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Additional details:

This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Salary Pay Range:

Salary Pay Range: $81,650.00 - $112,700.00 USD Salary Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
