The Employment Development Department (EDD) in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a dynamic IT Manager I to lead the BI Data Analytics and Reporting Group. You will mentor a skilled team and deliver dashboards and trusted insights that drive critical workforce decisions.

This role supports enterprise-wide analytics, shapes BI strategy and standards, and collaborates with executives and business stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid telework option and a regular 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

EDD is seeking a dynamic, hands-on IT Manager I to lead a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analytics and Reporting Group. This position is headquartered at the New Labor Agency Building (NLAB), a newly remodeled high-rise building.
