INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) TECHNICIAN

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Requires an associates degree in information technology (IT), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field. OR Two (2) years of IT experience will substitute for one (1) year of formal education.

Requires two (2) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) providing technical support and supporting Windows OS and MS 365 applications in a business, healthcare, or similar professional environment. CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Requires exceptional communication skills; both oral and written. Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality, work with little or no supervision in a fast-paced office setting, learn new skills easily, and handle stressful situations professionally. Must be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with complete and accurate information. Requires the ability to pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Requires valid driver's license with an insurable record under the Tribes policy.
