Sits onsite on Hill Air Force Base

Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Cleared ISSO to join one of their top federal clients on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain the security posture of JWICs and SCIF facilities. Certification & Accreditation: Ensure C&A documentation and implementation comply with JSIG, and RMF standards for DoD IT.

- Confirm RMF implementation for all network-connected assets, securing approval from DAAs.

- Assess readiness of communication equipment, network devices, sensors, and intrusion detection systems. Manage DCO and cyber functions.

- Coordinate requirements with personnel, track action completion, and report virus issues per procedures.

- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and networks by developing and implementing security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.

- Advise and support the organization in self-inspection, compliance inspections, and accreditations.

- Collaborate with base and MAJCOM-level Information System Security Managers to verify cybersecurity procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-7+ years of experience in and IT/technical environment

- 2-4 of those years in cybersecurity

- Active Top Secret Security Clearance

- Understanding of Cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and systems

- Comfortable working independently to manage projects and tasks to completion

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience troubleshooting complex issues in a technical environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Active Top Secret with SCI Security Clearance

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity or similar discipline

- Strong background in Cybersecurity

- Ability to communicate technical concepts and issues to non-technical leaders and user
