Case Management Consulting LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Security Officer to support one of our clients in Washington, DC. We are an 8(a) Certified, Minority Woman-owned Small Business specializing in secure, high-quality web-based process automation tools and knowledge management solutions.

Position: Facility Security Officer

Location: Washington, DC (Remote)

Clearance: Top Secret

Duties:

1. Maintain security binder for all cleared employees, including all security training (Initial, Annual, Insider Threat, and CUI).
2. Administer personnel security clearance processes.
3. Liaise with DSS and other federal security agencies.
4. Manage NISS, DISS, and NBIS accounts, including creating forms and updating DD-254s.
5. Ensure compliance with NATO, COMSEC, and CUI standards.
6. Conduct and track security training and refresher courses.
7. Prepare for and represent CASE during onsite FCL inspections.
8. Provide security education and update training programs.
9. Maintain Insider Threat program and conduct employee interviews regarding reporting requirements.
10. Manage DISS activities, including reports, reinvestigations, foreign travel, and clearance verification.
11. Facilitate Insider Threat Working Group meetings and ensure training completion.
12. Update Security SOPs and Insider Threat Program Plan.
13. Involve Senior Management in security programs.

Requirements:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Security
• Minimum 3 years as a Facility Security Officer
• Current DSS FSO training/certification
• Proficiency with computers and DoD security systems
• Knowledge of NISPOM regulations
