Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead the IT Infrastructure and Operations team in a 7x24 environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, oversee security, and drive service management while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting systems as an administrator, analyst, engineer, or related role.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with cloud-based services, preferably AWS.
• One or more of the following certifications: AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Client management skills to gain buy-in on new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for server infrastructure and 7x24 monitoring.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers; maintain mission-critical systems.
• Design, setup, and configure infrastructure services.
• Develop and monitor security systems; maintain procedures and diagrams.
• Oversee performance reviews and prioritize tasks for the IT staff.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support; plan long-term updates.
• Evaluate new technologies and implement aligned solutions.
• Act as liaison to internal partners to support business operations.
